AS12 - Basic Robotics
Course Objective
Arduino & Scratch gives your child the perfect start to Coding & Robotics. Your child has already learnt the basic concepts of programming and electricity and is now all set to enter into the world of Robotics. The Arduino board, while being inexpensive, greatly simplifies the process of working with complex electronic components such as micro controllers. Arduino provides a simple and clear development environment, which is cross-platform compatible.
- Students are introduced to circuits, sensors, input/output devices
- Students learn to program and control components and devices such as Arduino Micro controller, LEDs, resistors, bread board, jumper wires, push buttons, buzzers, IR & Ultrasonic sensors, servo motors etc
Projects
- Projects with LEDs & Buzzer
- Obstacle Indicator
- Radar System
- Automated gate for vehicle
- Automated Line counting system
- Gesture Control Robot Game
- Distance detection Robot
- Many other exciting projects
Take Away
At the end of this course, students will be able to independently build complex circuits using the various components provided. They will be able to write code to control the various components and incorporate them as part of their programs and games.
Max batch size : 4
Level Duration : 12 weeks
Session Duration : 90 Minutes
AS13 - Smart Car
Course Objective
Once familiarized with working with Arduino & Scratch, our students are now perfectly equipped to move on to developing their very own robot and controlling it using Scratch programming. This course will teach students to assemble a smart car and understand the concepts of line following, object following and obstacle avoid robots using various sensors and programs.
Take Away
- Assembling and controlling a smart car
- Line Tracking Robot
- Obstacle Avoiding Robot
- Object Following Car
- Analog Sensors
- Seven Segment Display
- Many of other projects
At the end of this course, students would have learnt to program & use devices such as DC motors, motor controller boards and other Arduino add-on boards. They will understand the use of various types of sensors in robots.
